You make people feel placed. Your Fe reads what each person needs to belong; your Si remembers what landed for them last time. The hosting is genuine and also a real instrument: when you have set the table, fed the room, and made the introductions, you have said in your own language that the people there matter.

- Confuses self-sufficiency with safety.
Warm, specific, light on the demand layer. You hide how much you wish someone would notice without you having to point. Under stress you host harder and ask less.
You host. Hosting looks like grace and generosity; it costs you the relationships that would have known you better if you'd let yourself be the one taken care of.
You enter and the room becomes a placed environment. You leave only after everyone else has been seen out.
