I'd rather be the inconvenient version of myself than the convenient version of someone else's expectation.
You read as unsystematic, mobile, hard to plan around. Underneath, the resistance to enrolment is a specific allergic reaction to having been mis-cast early. Your Ne keeps generating other ways to be; your Fi refuses to settle into any of them just because someone is pressuring you to.

- Notices when 'should' has crept into a decision that started as 'want'

Spontaneous, occasionally evasive, allergic to overly fixed plans. You hide commitment-anxiety behind values-language. Under stress you become more elusive, not more honest about what's actually scary.
You stay un-enrollable. The non-enrolment is between you and the risk of being seen wrongly and not noticing in time. It looks like authenticity and costs you the relationships that would have been the right kind of definition.
You enter alert to who is trying to recruit you into something. You leave the moment the recruitment becomes the room.
The possibility engine. It sees connections across people, ideas, and futures faster than the Spark can name what they are responding to. It is their delight and their restlessness, and it almost never turns off voluntarily.
The internal values compass. It quietly evaluates every possibility Ne generates against whether it actually matters to them — and quietly refuses to be overridden, even when the Spark would prefer to want what they are supposed to want.
The executor. It is the function that translates inspiration into shipped work. When developed, it makes the Spark unusually effective; when neglected, it leaves them with rooms full of brilliant unfinished beginnings.
Memory, the body, and routine. Under significant stress, Si erupts — the Spark suddenly fixates on the past, becomes uncharacteristically rigid, or hyper-focuses on physical detail in a way that surprises everyone who knows their usual orientation.
