You hold people, including yourself, to the agreements they made. Your Te enforces; your Si remembers the exact terms. Underneath the firmness is a moral architecture: a world where agreements hold is a world worth trusting, and you are not willing to let that world slip without a fight.
- Reads emotional weather faster than most people read words.
- Holds a clear shape in rooms that try to dissolve it.
- Turns hard experience into usable instinct.
- Edits the self before the room asks them to.
- Confuses self-sufficiency with safety.
Blunt, organised, light on cushioning. You hide how much of the firmness is grief about what people have been allowed to get away with. Under stress you escalate the enforcement and the room reads it as anger when half of it is heartbreak.
You enforce. Enforcing looks like leadership and rigour; it costs you the conversations where the breach was actually an invitation to renegotiate the original agreement together.
You enter and the room straightens up. You leave when the standard for the night has been kept.
