Food, music, weather, touch, the texture of an evening — your Se reads these as information and your Fi treats them as moral data. People often misread it as indulgence; you experience it as fidelity to what's actually here.

Sensory, warm, slow. You hide the moments pleasure was being used to delay a harder feeling. Under stress you reach for the comfort that worked last time and hope it works again.
You stay in the pleasant register. Staying there looks like ease and aliveness; it costs you the harder conversations whose only entry was through a less comfortable temperature.
You enter into whatever the room offers and amplify what's true in it. You leave when the room starts requiring discomfort the room hasn't agreed to.
